Halo Merchandise

Join the UNSC, and fight back against the Covenant with Zavvi US’s wide range of officially licensed Halo merchandise. Comprising collectibles (statues and busts, replicas, and LEGO) and home décor (tankards and lights), our products draw inspiration from the fan-favorite series of video games and its eclectic multi-media spin-offs.

The Future Of Combat

Formerly developed by the video-game developer Bungie, the Halo franchise began with Combat Evolved (2011), which launched on the original Xbox console. The first entry in the series established the core first-person-shooter mechanics that are still prevalent in its sequels, allowing players to take control of Master Chief/John-117 (voiced by Steve Downes), an esteemed member of a group of super soldiers known as Spartans. Alongside Cortana (Jen Taylor), his AI companion, Master Chief explores a ring-shaped artificial world upon which they were forced to land after their United Nations Space Command (UNSC) ship was attacked by a force of aliens called the Covenant. They soon discover the true purpose of this world and must prevent the Covenant’s forces — which consist of Grunts (Unggoy), Jackals (Kig-Yar), Elites (Sangheili), and Hunters (Lekgolo) — from weaponizing it.

Following in the footsteps of the critically acclaimed first instalment, the second entry expanded upon the story by giving players the opportunity to embody an Elite going by the name of Arbiter (Keith David) as well as Master Chief. In 2007, a third game concluded Bungie’s trilogy; however, they also made two spin-offs: ODST (2009) and Reach (2010). ODST followed a member of the eponymous Orbital Drop Shock Troopers, whereas Reach acted as a prequel to the first game and centered on Noble Team.

Eventually, Bungie retired from making Halo games and relinquished control of the franchise to 343 Industries, a studio established by Microsoft. 343 subsequently started working on the next era of games, which would be referred to as the Reclaimer Saga.
