Brigitte Nielsen (Rocky IV, Cobra) stars as the iconic, flame-haired heroine who sets out to avenge the death of her family after being granted extraordinary powers by a mysterious vision, but only if she vows to never fall in love with a man who cannot defeat her in combat.
She is tasked to stop the tyrannical Queen Gedren (Sandahl Bergman, Conan the Barbarian), who is in possession of a talisman that could destroy the world. On her journey she meets Kalidor (Arnold Schwarzenegger, The Terminator, Total Recall), a powerful stranger gifted with unusual strength who insists on helping Sonja end the Queen's reign of terror.

Amazing 4K Steelbook Release
One of the most beautiful steelbooks I’ve seen to date. A quality release. The 4K looks stunning for a film from the 80’s. As always I’m very happy with Zavvi.

~ RED SONJA gets the 4K Steelbook and the artwork is gorgeous, however...
Another fine 4K steelbook from StudioCanal and an Arnold Schwarzenegger one at that. I love the movie and that fact I have the steelbook of it in 4K. However, there was no mention of it being a REGION 2 Blu-ray included in this set. I was really after the Steelbook and 4K as I have a Blu-ray from it already. The listing for this movie does NOT state the Blu-ray is REGION B. PLEASE, in the future, state the Blu-ray copy is Region B and the 4K is ALL REGIONS. As of this writing there is no restrictions on 4K movie discs.

WARNING: BLURAY DISC IS REGION B ONLY
Really upset that they didn't list this fact, but the Bluray disc that is included is Region B only. The Ultra HD disc is Regions A, B & C, and I'm still happy I have this as an addition to my steelbook collection, but some full disclosure on all information would be greatly appreciated.
