Once in the United States, Rafael struggles to adapt to his new life.

The winner of 4 Silver Ariel Awards in 1956, including Best Original Story (Alejandro Galindo), and Best Film of Major National Interest, Espaidas mojadas has been restored in 4K from a 35mm negative by the Cineteca Nacional de Mexico.
