The story of a motley crew of teens on community service who are hit by a strange and powerful storm and suddenly discover that they have developed supernatural powers beyond their wildest imaginations. However, the group aren't used to such power, and this coupled with the trials and tribulations of being a teenager , leads to some ... explosive situations. Indeed, the group come to find that they are not the only people to have been changed by the storm.
