Ol' Man Amos doesn't get along with his neighbors the Brown family, a bunch of thieving, welfare collection vagrants. When Amos schemes to get them kicked off their land, the Browns need to make money fast and come up with a plan to win a contest for Watermelon Juice Afro Sheen, with an award of $10,000 to whoever can find the juiciest, sweetest watermelon in the country.
