Universal Monsters Steelbooks- Alex Ross Collection
This is such an amazing set. I am still amazed how much you get for the price. You get a total of 7 classic films- 7 individual steelbook cases and 7 discs. Also to my surprise, there is an abundance of special features on each disc and movie, with hours of fascinating extras and special features. You get A LOT more than I originally expected when purchasing this set. Now, on to the actual artwork and steelbooks... These are beautiful, artistic renderings that really bring out and capture the tone/spirit of the original Universal Monster movies. These are by far my favorite commissioned covers I have ever seen for any classic movies. Alex Ross is a true legend in his own right and these new editions are beyond worthy of the Universal classic monsters moniker. Each steelbook comes with a wraparound O-card with the rating printed on the front flap and the movie information/special features that are included with each steelbook. Cards are also adorned with pictures/stills from each of the movies and are attached with circular, transparent stickers, which can be removed and replaced very easily without leaving sticker residue on the steelbooks themselves. Comes in a handy collectors box, which fits all 7 steelbooks very snugly. Box has the title logos of each movie on the spine and looks amazing on the shelf. For all that you get and the absolute quality, this is definitely worth the purchase. Get his set NOW before it sells out. These steelbook prices are already skyrocketing on the secondary market and they will just continue to do so. If you love the Universal Monsters, get this set! HIGH, HIGH RECOMMEND. Thank you, Zavvi! P.S. It states that the encoding on these discs is Region 2, but all of the discs are actually Region Free and play perfectly on my US blu Ray players. It does tout the European ratings on the outter box and O-cards, but the actual discs are region free!

Universal classic monsters steel book collection
Super job on these classic films in which they should be theses are true classic fiilms and as a collectors item they are super one thing would be great if they could make them region free p
