Christmas Comes to Kingston Falls

When Christmas Eve arrives, we recommend not leaving out any cookies and milk for Santa Claus. You never know; there might be some hungry mogwai wandering about, and we’re all aware of what happens if they get their hands on food after midnight. That’s an outcome we’d like to avoid.

Unfortunately for Billy Peltzer, the protagonist of the first Gremlins movie, this is exactly what comes to pass. Upon receiving a mogwai as a gift from his father (whom he names Gizmo), he makes the mistake of allowing the fury creature to be exposed to water, and as a result, a further five mogwai are spawned. More mischievous than Gizmo, these five trick Billy into feeding them after midnight, which transforms them into dangerous monsters.
