Using the benefits of Beta-hydroxy beta-methyl butyrate, PhD Nutrition Pharma HMB increases muscle mass while preventing muscle breakdown, improving muscle weight and strength.
Consuming just 3 grams of HMB a day helps muscles to combat protein breakdown, assist in muscle repair and support endurance. Scientific studies have shown that HMB increases muscle mass and decreases body fat.
Directions of use: Use up to 6 capsules daily in divided doses. PhD recommends 2 capsules taken at 3 stages throughout the day to gain optimum results.
