Zavvi shipped this item very quickly and it arrived much sooner than expected. The Wand Company PokéBalls are amazing. The packaging is very nice, it shows plenty without being over the top. Inside the ball and case are securely packaged in foam that also has nice touches (pokéball shapes in the foam are cool). Once you've unboxed the ball and removed the battery tabs these really come to life. They're as interactive as a non-opening pokéball could possibly be and the fact that the case has a touch sensitive area to change the color of the base is really cool. The pokéballs feel sturdy as they are die cast metal and the batteries are very easy to change. I've purchased 3 of these (poke, great, and ultra) and might consider getting more if they continue making different varieties. These definitely aren't for younger children and should never be thrown. But if you're a collector and want a piece of this series to display on a desk or shelf these are awesome.
