I would love to buy this movie as I am a fan of The Wizard Of Oz but just curious is this 4K also include Blu Ray as I only have a 220 Electronic Region Free Blu Ray Player and not a 4K Region Free Blu Ray Player is why I ask this question it is still so very tempting and I just buy me a 4K Region Free Blu Ray Player so I am able to watch this awesome excellent movie once again thanks
