Horrible quality. As soon as I got it and broke the plastic wrap, the Shadow logo in the center of the hoodie was raised. It was no properly heated/glued on the hoodie. To makes matters worse, this took 6 weeks to arrive despite being promised a faster due date. I created TWO tickets and requested a refund before it was even shipped and they ignored my tickets. Horrible website and experience. Will definitely won't return and tell my friends to stay away from this mediocre website. Does not allow or give an option to upload photos of the hoodie. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. 😒
