Cleaning Instructions: Before use, clean the cooking surface with warm, soapy water and a sponge, then rinse with clean water. After cooking and when the BBQ has cooled, clean with hot, soapy water. To remove food residue, use a mild cream cleanser and non-abrasive pad. Rinse well and dry.
