PayPal Refunded Returns

How does it work?

1.    Activate the Paypal Return Service before placing your order. Click here to do this now.

2.    Pay for your Zavvi order with PayPal

3.    Zavvi sends you your order

4.    You change your mind – contact our customer services through your Zavvi account and inform them of your intention of returning one or multiple items

5.    Return your items to the address provided by customer services

6.    Ask for a refund – log into your PayPal account and select the transaction linked to the item you wish to return. In the order details click “Ask for a return shipping refund” and send us the documents required

7.    Your PayPal account is credited within 10 days
