Myprotein Hand Wraps come complete with a thumb loop for easy wrapping and high quality Velcro fastening to ensure they do not come undone.
Sold in pairs, each hand wrap measures approximately 4 metres in length and is made from soft touch, lightly stretchable cotton for ultimate comfort.

Wraps should be tight enough to offer support to the hand and wrist, but not too tight to cut off circulation. If they do not feel secure and comfortable, remove and start again. Always roll the hand wraps back up when finished with your workout.
