Harley Quinn Statues & Figures

Celebrate the fantabulous emancipation of the Clown Princess Of Crime with Zavvi US’s wide range of Harley Quinn statues and figures. Based on the fan-Favorite character’s many appearances in comic books and other media, these officially licensed products capture the variety of costumes worn by Gotham’s notorious jester, including those from Arkham Asylum, Batman: The Animated Series, and Birds Of Prey.

Welcome To The Asylum

Unlike many villains in the DC Universe, Harley Quinn did not make her debut on the pages of the comics, being introduced in a televised episode of Batman: The Animated Series titled ‘Joker's Favor.’ She played the role of the Joker’s sidekick and romantic interest, and her popularity with viewers eventually led to her joining the canon in Batman: Harley Quinn (1999).

In most iterations of her origin story, which has been retold by multiple creatives, Harley began as a psychiatrist working at Arkham Asylum, where she was called Dr. Harleen Quinzel. Her respectable career took a downturn when she met a new patient: the Joker. Enticed by his unique brand of insanity, the doctor became infatuated and developed an emotional connection to him. This ultimately culminated in her abetting his escape, and after that fateful act, she assumed the position of criminal confidant. Unfortunately, her decision proved a grave miscalculation, as the man she affectionally referred to as Puddin’ manipulated and abused her, viewing his head-over-heels companion as nothing more than a plaything.

Following years of neglect, Harley abandoned Mr. J and forged her own path in the DC Universe. This momentous occasion was marked by the launch of her first solo title, written by Karl Kessel, and later stories would even see her form a new relationship with fellow supervillain Poison Ivy, with whom she often joined forces on the pages of Gotham City Sirens.
