On a flight to the Gobi desert to investigate some oil rigs, the plane crashes and leaves the crew and pilot stranded and facing a slow painful death.
Facing an impossible escape on foot, gruelling conditions and desert smugglers, the crew decide the only thing they can do is to try and re-build the plane from the wreckage.
