Love pasta but don't know where to start when it comes to making fresh pasta? This Fresh Pasta Making Course will make you realise that it's just as easy as devouring a delicious bowl of one. The day will begin in true Italian style with a biscotti and coffee, then it'll be time to cook! A pasta expert will demonstrate how to make pasta from scratch before handing over to you.

As part of a class, each of you will make fresh pasta and sauce using the freshest ingredients and recipes from the chef. The course will be fun and educational, and best of all you can sample your creation and enjoy a meal and drinks with the rest of the group. Your voucher is valid for ten months. This package is for one person. Minimum age for this experience is 18, though younger people may be permitted if accompanied on the course by an adult. The day time course runs from 10:00am - 2:00pm, and the evening course is from 6:30pm - 9:30pm.
